Notes from backlog, both draft and bottled. Has increased in quality lately. Quite balanced, with a medium hoppyness and a medium sweetness.

An amber hazy brew with an off-white head that leaves little lacing but has good curtains.

The smell is grassy, nettles, but also some smoked sausage vibe.

White bread, sausages, lemon and bitter nettle soup.

Medium carbonation, foamy bubbles, soft with a good body, a light dry finish.

A nice British IPA, wonder if my sausage experience was real, intended or accidental as I had a glass of their smoky Cacao-Porter close by.
