Effervescent and bright, this Brut IPA is dry, yet refreshingly crisp. Crack open this bubbly to enjoy delightful tropical fruit aromatics from Mosaic and Citra hops and a dry body you can sip all day long!

Nice crisp, bracing, flavorful IPA that wasn’t too dry. Tried this one on tap at Midland Brewing Company. Pours a clean, light golden-yellow color, slightly hazy. Mild white head with medium sheets of lingering lacing that looked very nice. Aromas of bitter citrus hops - grapefruit, orange, lemon and pineapple. Also some malt, vanilla, caramel, bread and faint floral hops in the background. Tastes similarly. Good balance and wasn’t too dry like other brut IPAs. Refreshing. Mild, smooth mouthfeel and good carbonation. An excellent brut IPA and I would definitely try it again.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 12/19/2018. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, light peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, light peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation, and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.6%. Overall this is an excellent brut IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp, clean, refreshing to drink; with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Awesome Citra/Mosaic profile. Very vibrant, juicy, and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; with a nice solid pale malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness from crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and awesome spot on style example.
