Poured a great deep black with nice head and lacing. Very nice deep roasted grain aromas and a cool citrus kick at the end. Great flavors, with a wonderful roasted grain taste, with nice coffee tones, and a hugely citrusy hop finish. Went down very well and very smooth, nice and creamy. I don't prefer citrus hops in my porters, but the name suggested it so I was ready; for the style it's wonderful, and if you like American porters in general, you will like this one quite a bit.
