My opinion is that this beer is a masterpiece - outstanding unique taste, great feel, and the perfect beer to enjoy on a cool Texas Hill Country evening.
I wish I had this in a proper glass - brewery using plastic cup during the virus, too bad.
Oily dark brown color with limited head and lacing. This beer starts with a pungent dark chocolate smell mixed with sweet berries. The taste starts with a strong dark chocolate taste with some both sweet and sour dark berries. The taste is difficult to describe but I loved it.
I really enjoy wild dark ales and I look forward to having this beer again.
