I loved this Farmhouse Ale from Jester King, Texas, in collaboration with Creature Comforts Brewing in Georgia, ABV 4.90%. Li-Fi is like Wi-Fi but with light. The beautiful artwork shows a shiny firefly. Barley and wheat malts, wild yeast, and Amarillo hops. Delicious.
Look: hazy yellow with an inch thick white head
Aroma: light bread, lemon, some grapefruit
Taste: The flavor light bread, lemon, some grapefruit and my daughter tasted apricot and peach as well, some yeasty funk, a modest grassy bitterness at the end.
Body/Overall: light to medium, thirst quenching, easy drinking
