Brewed with Mexico Wilfredo Martinez coffee from our friends at Figure 8 Coffee Purveyors in Austin. The Mexico Wilfrido Martinez is an organic, fruit-forward, Geisha-heavy coffee from Oaxaca, sourced by Caravela Importers. We purchased the entire 456 pound micro lot for the batch. We get notes of red bean ice cream, bakers chocolate, tiramisu, and toasted graham crackers.
