On tap at The Beer Company.
A: Yellow gold with a large white head, decent retention, and no lacing.
S: Redolent of pear, apple, and banana. Wheat and grain provide the malt foundation, and there's a light phenolic note that reminds me of clove. Sweetness is at an upper light level.
T: Apple and wheat with banana and light clove. The beer has a lower moderate sweetness with a lot of yeast-driven fruit notes. The finish is dry, smooth, and lightly spicy with no evident alcohol.
M: Lower medium body with moderate carbonation. The mouthfeel is smooth and sticky.
Overall: A solid Belgian Pale Ale.
