On tap at The Beer Company.
A: Slightly hazy yellow gold with a creamy white crown.
S: Expressive yeast profile, lending notes of bubblegum and banana. Clove-like phenols blend with wheat and vanilla.
T: Spicy clove up front (and throughout) with lots of banana and some gum. There's a bit of wheat in there that blends with bread and orange.
M: Lower medium body with upper low carbonation. Sticky and dry mouthfeel.
Overall: A pretty good Hefeweizen but the low carbonation hurt it a bit. Could have been this particular keg I suppose.
