The lime spin-off of their Weird Elephant Gose (although it isn't clear if this was brewed specifically for a festival), on-tap at the source. On to the beer:
An ugly ale, as it is very unfiltered and looks like a yellow yeast sample. Using lime to sour an ale might be a first that I've seen, and I will say it is different. I smelled a little lime, however not much else. Lime Gose is a simple gose; lime, a pinch of salt, and not much else. The lime seems to take on a spicy accent at times. While Lime Gose is decent and a fun alternative to Weird Elephant, a cherry limeade gose may have provided more excitement to me.
