12oz can poured into 14oz teku. poured a very hazy, cloudy, almost murky, yellow color with over an inch of white head that had moderate retention and light lacing.
The aroma had a solid grain base, light hops, and a touch of skunk. same on the tongue, the basic malts were nice, the hops gentle, but the skunk was a bit more pronounced.
The body was a touch fuller than typical, and had a semi-sweet (for the style) finish. Drinkabilty was fine, no issues killing the can. Overall, this beer was a bit below average. Worth it for the tick, but the NW produces better examples of the style.
