16oz can (no date, but the words 'True North" printed on the bottom. Huh.) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a very hazy orange-ish copper color with an inch of off-white head that had very good retention and lacing.
The aroma had some sweet malts, and pine and citrus hops.
Similar on the tongue; sweetness front and middle, pine middle - back, and pine leading into a citrusy finish.
The body was medium, leaning towards full, and the bitterness helped dry out the finish.
Drinkability was OK, but a bit rough. Not in a hurry to try it again.
Overall, a fine and acceptable example of the style. Worth the tick.
