Had on tap at the taproom's grand opening celebration on 4/21.
Appearance: Dark orange color with a small white head that left marginal lacing.
Smell: Smells hoppy on the front end, but picked up toasted malts and a bit of floral notes after I got past the hops.
Taste: Follows the nose with an initial burst of hops, then settles down to the toasted malts and some caramel flavors. Ended up finishing less hop forward than one might expect.
Mouthfeel: Medium-heavy mouthfeel with no noticable alcohol.
Overall: Probably tough to do something like this in a way that appeases most palates because of the use of the single hop variety. Glad I got to try this fresh and liked it more than what I remember Ace IPA tasting like.

A: Poured a deep orangish color w/ good cabronation leaving a small white cap
S: Bitter hops, fields of flower and hay with some fruity notes and caramel
T: Immediate bittering hops with caramel and light amount of flowers intertwined. A bit malty for my taste in a single IPA. Muddy overall though.
M: Bigger for a single IPA, a little low on carbonation, heavy on the palate
O: Average at best
