A: Poured a cola color with good carbonation leaving a dirty white cap, light ring clings to the glass
S: Not very aromatic but I do smell some booze, Belgian candy sugar, ripened purple grapes
T: Initial booze sting with some candy sugar, plums figs, purple grapes. The finish is sweet, full of dark fruits, especially purple grapes.
M: Medium to full bodied, well carbonated, sweet, nice coating on the palate
O: Probably my favorite Wingman beer so far. No major flaws, fermentation and carbonation all seems to be working and playing well.
