A: Glowing orange, flickering amber flames. Dirty white head likea dollop of cinnamon spiced whipped cream.
S: Fruity, floral, spicy. Yams, orange, vanilla bean, cloves, graham cracker.
M: Flaky, dry and a bit bitter. Drinkable with a pleasant spice balance.
T/O: Pumpkin pie spices is the focal point. Cinnamon, allspice and cloves. The hops compliment the sweet and bitter spice profile. Bright grapefruit and spritely pepper. Malt profile reminiscent of an English Pale. Delicious caramel on a flaked biscuit. And of course, the essence of pumpkin with every sip. A really good spice-pumpkin-hoppy-malt goodness that tastes like beer and not pie.
More characteristic of an English Pale/ESB, but don't be surprised if you like it.
