Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a fairly nice looking golden bronzed "chill haze" color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head. Some retention then slid off delicately to leave some messy sticky lace roaming all around my glass. Looked real nice!
The aroma seemed to have a subtle 'old school' piney fresh needle bittersweetness up front with a subtle clean 'laundry'-like maltiness. Some floral hops with a certain crisp character to it.
The flavor has a mild sweet blend of biscuit malts and citrus pulp. Comes across extremely awesome. Mild dry semi-sticky piney bitter aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Decent carbonation - like an American Imperial IPA. Some sharpness cutting in while following through on the finish with some absorbent smooth malts.
Overall, pretty good DIPA, I'd bang again.

Purchased 4 pack of 16 ounce cans at the brewery. Many other excellent beers to be had there.
