A: Golden honey graham...a hint of amber. Clouded with mottled, whipped cream like head.
S: Citronella, browned and buttered biscuit. A rye spiciness.
M: Body on the full side like rising dough, it keeps expanding. Med-high carb.
T: Pronounced floral and earthy-woodsy bitterness. Malt is flaked biscuit and ends with moderate toast accentuating a fruity, lemon sweetness. I like the taste a lot more than the rest, which is what counts.
