A: Pale, mellow yellow. More flaxen blonde than anything resembling gold. White head with a softened meringue appearance.
S: Yeast and cherry blossom. Sweet doughy malt. The fruity notes can drown out some of the other notes at times.
M: Body is a little soft out of the can, and it could use a tick more carbonation for that crisp factor.
T: Grainy-sweetness; honey wheat bread. A tiny bit of mint, apple and pear; low-med floral hoppiness. Some sulfuric, champagne like minerality helps the finish end with more crispness. Drinkable, refreshing and well-rounded quaff which is all I can really ask from the style.
