On draft at the Dutch Ale House, Saugerties, NY.
Poured a light bronze hue with a two finger frothy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured floral hops and a light doughiness.
The taste was very well balanced with round malts and a pleasantly flowery hop.
The mouthfeel was typical of the style.
Overall a tasty and balanced ale.

Hops for thia beer were grown by my buddy coldbrewky. Amber hue small head that reduces quickly. Nose is clean with hint of grapefruit and tangerine. Taste is sweet caramel up front balanced nicely with grapefruit and other citrus. Mouth is light bodied, slightly drying. A solid apa from hutch.
