Three words describe this beer "Liquid Beef Jerky". I can't quite find the coccoa in there - just a lot of smoked meat flavor. It was almost salty to me. The smell was rather immense and bold - not what you would expect coming from a glass of craft beer. I personally did not like it, but for the morbidly curious - try a taste because I guarantee, you will not find anything else out there that tastes like this.

Collaboration with Aditondack brewing so says the chalk board in the pub. Deep amber color, minimal head that rings the glass slightly. Mostly clean nose, slightly malty and hint of yeast. HOLY SMOKEY!!! Taste is like drinking a fireplace with roasted coffee. Grassyness is pleasant. Mouth is drying. I like the creativity shown and not something you can find often.
