Brewed with coriander and grains of paradise. Malty, fruity, refreshing with mild spice notes and citrus zest.

I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had malt and grain notes with subtle fruit highlights. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright malt base with grain and fruit presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Cloudy, pale amber colored body. Long lasting fine bubble white head. Leaves behind short strings of lacing.
Aroma presents some toasted malts and a brief whiff of coriander.
Taste is sweet malt and the addition of spices. Spice flavors include coriander, ginger, cardamom, and pepper. The pepper builds slightly but is not close to any kind of burn. Also something akin to citrus fruit. Flavors continue into a relatively long aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Smooth and somewhat creamy. Good carbonation.
On point for an easy drinking blonde ale, and admirable for its use of spices.

Pours clear, brilliant amber/yellow with vigorous carbonation and a three finger head. Aroma is like sunshine, citrus and honey lemon. Taste is light, quick, citrus and lemon. Nothing surprising here, just a simple refreshing drink. Nothing bad about that.

LOVE this beer. Only beer my spouse and I both like. Great flavor, no after taste. Highly recommend.
