Had on tap Saturday 26th..the beer is listed as discontinued but it obviously been
brought back. Pours a clear amber with a tight head, being a nitro. Rye
comes through with a clean hop taste.

#1 from the 15 BBL Bath Series from Lucette. Served immediately after a growler fill at Nova in Hudson, WI. Growler was cleaned and sanitized.

A- Pours a light brown color with just a touch of haze. The whispy white head recedes after a few minutes into a thin cap that holds on for the entirety of the glass. Crisp lacing clings to the pint glass.

S- Bready aromas come through immediately along with some toffee and of course the rye aromatics, slighty tangy on the nose, very reminiscent of making fresh bread. The hops lend just enough balance and some earthy character.

T- Starts out with notes of fresh rye bread. Big Rye bread transitions into toffee, some toasted nut flavors and then finishes dry, reminiscent of bread crusts. A bit of hop oil comes through here as well.

M- Excellent balance here. The body feel big which is surprising given the low ABV. The carbonation is perfect for the body; light.

O- I'm very pleased with this first offering from Lucette's Bath Series. It's extremely sessionable and highlights rye very well. I will definitely drink this again, at least as long as it's around.
