Draft poured in a tall, slightly curved pilsner glass.
Appearance: Liquid wheat with a big scoop of frothy foam on top. Looks like it stopped by Dairy Queen for a treat on its way to my table.
Smell: Bubblegum, wheat, and flowers.
Taste: Wonderful wheat flavor with a hint of citrus in the reserves.
Mouthfeel: A bit thin, and very bubbly.
Overall: This really is an extraordinary weiss. I would say this is Burgman's crowning achievement. If it was 30C outside instead of 6C, I would likely love it that much more.
