Draft served in a short pint glass.
Appearance: Thick, lasting head. Tight bubbles. Clear amber body.
Smell: Earthy, floral aroma. Noble hops. Sweet. Perhaps its slightly under fermented.
Taste: Spicy, peppery bite, but very subtle. More of a nibble. The malt is quiet.
Mouthfeel: Medium body; medium carbonation.
Overall: Easy drinking, low bitterness IPA (locals say it "ee-pah" as if it were a word instead of an acronym). Very reminicent of English -style IPAs. In a country that doesn't produce a lot of great IPAs, this is definitely a nice attempt.
