Pours a very attractive amber orange with a 2 plus sticky off white head that leaves a thick throfty ring of lace behind, canned on 11/12/18 and 7%. 4.25
Smell is toffee, caramel, orange peel, pine, grapefruit, and some sweet rye. 4
Taste follows caramel, toffee, rye, and tangerine upfront with grapefruit and pine in the balanced sweet finish. 4
Mouthfeel is a solid medium, fairly gentle carbonation, a touch dry, and extremely drinkable. 4
Overall a nice change of pace, the rye plays well with all the other flavors and it is nice on a cold evening. Well done. 4

A: Pours a burnt orange with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap
S: Spicy rye, earthy hops, some light citrus and pine. Quite rye forward
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the earthy hops and some lighter malt and then picks up the spicy rye and some piney bitterness. Finishes with lingering rye and some melon
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A solid rye IPA that drinks easily. The rye is nice and up front and is definitely the star. Check it out

Two favorites beer having a baby. This was enjoyable and a well done single batch beer, just wished Bill Murray was able to make the trip.
Great balance in the beer, citrus, sours. Didn't linger longer after each sip, not as much bitterness as your typical 7% IPA
