Pours nearly clear golden yellow color with a couple fingers of foamy white head.
The smell is biscuity malts, somewhat herbal, floral and milder spicy hop notes resembling Noble hops.
The taste is fairly clean. Biscuity malts and the hops are more prevalent in the taste than the aroma. It lacks the sweetness I've found with most Italian pilsners.
The feel is a bit heavy for the style and it lacks crispness. Nice bitterness level. Odd chewy feel after the swallow.
Overall, a decent pilsner but I think it leans more to Germany than Italy.

A bunch of stuff seems wrong with the listing here. Italian, not German pilsner. abv is 5.2%, not 5.9. Lightly spicy, herbal/floral hops; full bodied biscuity malt presence. Very clean and drinkable, spot on for the style.
