Had this at the Great Lost Bear. I looked around online and I wasn't able to find any mention of it aside from the beer list at the Bear which titled it as "Single Hop"
The beer came in flute, beautiful golden color with a slight amber. The beer actually had a head form and stay, sometimes usual for a cask. It was able to lace and maintain its head.
The aroma was wonderful, sweet grassy hops in the front backed by a slight citrus with a hint of pale malts, beautiful
The taste is hops. To start floral hops come in with a slight sweetness a citrus taste enters and back to sweet. A earthy hop flavor enters creating a bitter finish
This was a surprise for me i find many cask ipa loose the subtle characters of the hops. This beer i believe was brewed with the intention of only being on cask. it is very well rounded and I hope to see it again

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
