Bottle. Ebony with a dark tan head which dissipates slowly to leave a thin layer of large bubbles.
Rich coffee, smoke and molasses aroma. Halogens present.
Prunes are added to a flavour that reflects the bouquet. Toasted malt bitter closure.
Smoothness is somewhat offset by the burnt finish.
An Imperial Stout rather than the one I recorded.
