Poured into a chalice a really nice cloudy pale yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a pretty nice small thick/creamy/foamy white head, which did leave a pretty big island/oil slick, and some sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, very nice touch of yeast, some citrus, very nice touch of banana, coriander, clove, peppery, spicy, some slight funk, as well. The taste is very nice malty, yeasty, with some very nice banana/coriander, clove, pepper, spiceyness, slightly funky. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, very very slight hotness to this one, very well done Funkwerks. Overall, this is a very tasty brew, hitting the spot nicely today. Recommended.
