Pours a lovely red with an off-white head that fades fairly fast. Very bubbly. The aroma is tart, fruity and floral. A nice earthy funk as well. Taste is very nice. Slightly tart with a bit of funk. The hibiscus is not overdone. A touch of sweetness as well. Mouthfeel is light and well-carbonated.

Pours a cloudy, slightly opaque ruby red body, head is white with pink highlights. Lacing and head retention quickly dissipated.
Smell is of lactic acid, citrus, slight floral hibiscus, and slight saison spice. Hops aren't apparent and neither is alcohol.
First taste is of sharp lactic acidity immediately followed by some lemon zest/juice. Floral/herbal hibiscus tea is in the background, though not like a Jamaica agua fresca. Straw malts come through super clean, yeast takes center stage here. As in smell, no hops or alcohol are present.
Mouthfeel was light bodied, highly carbonated, slightly mouth puckering, and refreshing. Only wish the head was present for awhile.
Overall, this was a great summer sessionable sour beer. Great ale to introduce people to wild yeast, just wish hibiscus was more pronounced and head stuck around longer.

L: looks almost bright pink/red with a champagne head that dissipates quickly.
S: first you get the Belgian and wild yeast follows by a sour sweet fruit smell
T: tart fruit and hibiscus up front blending into a classic Belgian yeast flavor in the back. I really like this.
F: medium-thin bodied with a nice bite of carbonation.
O: I think that this is an excellent Belgian sour. It exceeded my expectations.
