Poured from tap into tulip, minimal cream colored head, low retention and lacing. Hazy pale golden in the glass. Smells mildly of farmhouse esters, somewhat muted, some lactic tartness coming off too. Taste is initially mild tartness, I am reminded of a minerally rose, esters are there, tartness hides them. Finish is spicy, dry and somewhat a mild tannic after taste. Very interesting beer, probably picking up more wine on this than I have most wine barrel beers.

L: Clear copper yellow, with a medium creamy white head that dissipates quickly. No lacing on glass.
S: Saisons yeast and toasted bread, some notes of pepper a tart grape from the red wine.
T: Toasted malt, pepper and slightly funky saison yeast. Notes of tart grape and red wine grapes. Finishes quite dry.
F: Light body and high carbonation.
O: The red wine makes an already good beer very nice.
