From Notes:
This is the 'wedding' beer that I guess one of the brewers had at his wedding. I think I got that right...been drinking.
Dull gold or perhaps a bronze color. Clear and clean. Big white head, a bit soapy.
Some funkiness in the aroma. A bit boozey. Spice and wheat crackers
this seems like a sweeter saison, but I wouldn't call it sweet. Fits the style. Light fruit, like apple or crabapple-is that fruit? A bit tart. Subdues maltiness underneath. Hoppy finish.
A bit boozey. Nice change from all of their saisons

Served on-draught into a 330ml snifter at Funkwerks' taproom. Volume was 4 oz (for tasting). Reviewed from notes.
A: Pours a half finger head of slight cream, fair thickness, and abysmal retention. Colour is a semitransparent copper.
Sm: Vinegar, nuts, and light hops. The darker hops are amber-esque, strange for an alleged biere de garde. Light yeast is present as well. A mild strength aroma.
T: A bit nutty, with a smithering of pleasant hop notes and a lightly nutty finish. Off-balance and badly built for the style. No layering or inspiration.
Mf: Smooth and wet. Too thin.
Dr: It hides its ABV well and it's very drinkable, but it's also quite simple and boring. I wouldn't have it again.
