On tap at Freshcraft in Denver. Served in a tulip. Pours a moderate brown color. Touch of wine in the nose. Dark fruit. Touch of earth and spice. Dry. Hint of metal. Nothing too in depth or complex. Wouldn’t really seek this out again.

A Belgian Brown aged in Wine Barrels.
Pours a dark, wooden brown with a cream colored head and alright lacing. A nice malty aroma of some brown sugar, a touch of some dark fruits, and some woodiness. Taste was really nice with some brown sugar, caramel, a little dark fruit, and the red wine and woodiness in the close. Not much activity at all, medium to full bodied. Overall, I really enjoyed this one, thought it was a interesting take fir a brown.
