A rare miss by Funkwerks.
Pours yellowish golden with a white head. Aroma offer lots of belgian yeast giving off some fruity esters with apricot being the dominant fruit, sugary, and a touch of pepper. Flavor was just not balanced and the yeast was too strong, the fruity esters were there but not cleanly, and by the time the hoppy finish came it it was too late to redeem the beer. A fuller, creamy mouthfeel. Overall, a letdown. Tasted almost to me like a non-barrel aged, hopped up Scepter that didn't quite come out right. Like the idea, delivery was a miss though.
