750ml bottle poured into a snifter. The brew appears a hazy pale yellow color witha huge white head that fades leaving spotty lace.
It smells bretty and carbonic with mild yeasty phenolics.
This tastes yeasty then has something like pear juice with clove, wheat and sulfur. Not really clean and lemony lactic like I prefer for my berliners. Instead this feels like a funky mild belgian.
This is light in body with huge effervescent carbonation. Not bad, not good.
