Our award winning Belgian-style golden ale, Deceit, was aged in oak rum barrels to produce this strong yet deceptively smooth brew. This beer pours a beautiful golden color with alluring aromas.
Notes of fresh pineapple and a hint of coconut with the complexity of spice and oak.

A 750ml bottle with a bottled on date of 8.11.2016
L - Bright yellow with no clarity, 1/2 finger of head, and some sticky lacing left on the glass. Lots of yeast settled in at the bottom of the beer
S - Bananas, brown sugar, molasses, rum
T - Spicy and pepper up front. Belgian candy under-current. Rum is subtle through-out
F - Well carbonated, medium body
O - A good side project of Deceit. Well done.

L: Pours a clear straw gold color with a white head and no lacing.
S: Clove, spice and banana with a tropical note of rum.
T: Sweet Rum, spice and banana. Malt isn't overly noticeable. Finishes pretty sweet.
F: Medium body and carbonation.
O: I love regular Deceit but the rum does really nice things to this beer.
