a brewery that sees its beers in the gastrological "slow food" perspective. its hard to say that a euro lager is a complete success based complete based on preference in such a saturated market. a rather clean beer.
pour is a golden orange with a light cloud of murkiness. looks exactly like lipton tea with lemon in it. head of one that doesn't have much retention. pours about 2 fingers. white with tight bubbles. nose of lemon peels and honey. this is a food ready lager in the sense that it does have a distinct and interesting hop dynamic. palate is lemonade and pollen. its quite easy to drink and quite sweet in the face of the others. honey sweet with a tea bitterness that is very discreet. a sort of lemon drop quality that seems quite like a beer and a cup of sun tea at the same time.
