Bottle somewhere in Poland. From notes.
A - Poured a cloudy light gold/yellow colour with a two finger white head. GOod retention and good lacing.
S - Mild lemon and yeast.
T - Banana, yeast, wheat. Fairly standard but what it should be.
M - Medium carbonation and a medium body with a creamy feel.
O/D - Plain. Nice but nothing out of the ordinary, just a technically well put together wheat beer.

an good german formal style hef that although ranging on the slightly sweeter side still had a significant dimension and a good feel. good pour from the bottle with a mild cloudiness for a hef and a nice lemon golden color. a head of 2 fingers that has a tight consistency and enough density to retention some of that froth. nose of citrus and clove. palate was simple but spot on for summer refreshiing. citrus on the front of the palate and marzipan. great balance of lean quinching feeling but still nice and creamy.
