A: Short 1.5 finger head, quickly disapating. rich amber orange color, moderate rising carbonation.
S: Cinnamon candy, somewhat sweet, apricot syrup, sour grass
T: Sweet and sour. The sweetness is very syrupy and the sourness tastes like something rotten. It's a dumper.
M: Mild stinging carbonation, light to medium body.
O: Pretty terrible, undrinkable.

i can't say that this is far off from a pretty solid epa form of beer. the pour is a tad on the copper/amber clear. the head is viberate with about 3 fingers of bubbles that don't hold together too. some retention... absolutely no lace. which heeds my one dislike of the beer as it seems to lack maltiness. the nose is apple and dextrose. and the sugar is distinct in the palate as well. there is a husky bitterness that is the polar opposite of so many on the sweeter side euro strong lagers. palate also has hints of walnut, and pear and burnt malt that gives it a feel of chalky mineral hard water. the water is quite hard here in poland. especially in the urban areas. this could be a very successful style if utilized. this is a good start... promise out of a cask.
