Pours dark brown with a khaki head. Roasted malt and dark fruits dominate the nose. Some brown sugar, light metal, some bread, maybe sawdust? A bit of dark fruit on the palate, some brown sugar, lots of dates, and a hint of roast. Lightly metallic, some bread, toasted malt, and a hint of bitter roast.

A: Pours dark brown with red hues. Large tan creamy head that slowly sinks into nice lacings.

S: Dark bitter chocolate, strong black coffee, faint vanilla and lots of dark dried fruits and molasses.

T: Roasted sweet syrupy malt together with dark dried fruits. Chocolate and coffee follows the smell. Some very faint vanilla.

M: Aftertaste is bitter and body as well as carbonation is medium.

O: Not bad, not bad at all...

Bottle at House of Beer in Krakow. From notes.

A - Poured a dark read colour when held up to light. Otherwise black. Two finger tan head. No visible carbonation and no lacing. Head fades to thin cap fast. Ring is left and that's it.

S - Lot's of chocolate. Roasty with rye bread too. Smells sweet.

T - Chocolate is really strong with some roastiness. Not too deep.

M - Medium carbonation and body.

O/D - One was enough. OK but not overly interesting or complex and just a bit too sweet.
