Light nose...cloves predominately and also lemons...cloudy color..taste features sweet wheat maltiness and lemons on the finish..lacks carbonation...flatish....really more of an american wheat in flavor..lacks strong banana and cloves flavor...mouthfeel is a major drawback...not a horrible weisse but average at best..

Love the orange tint to this amarillo colored beer. head is white, fluffy and well retained. Great lace. Aromas are very light. Subtle, subtle banana esters and vanilla. A little hoppier on the palete than most weiss beers. Even a lingering bitterness is noted. A little tangy. Typical weizen characteristics are minimal. Some light clove and pepper. NO vanilla or banana is perceived. the slightest bit of sourness is also detected. Mouthfeel should contain more carbonation. Pretty average in my opinion.
