Our version of the American Amber Ale style, has a medium body but is dominated by hop flavor and aroma.

Another one sampled on-tap at H&H, this hopped up Red Ale pours a copper colored amber with some light beige head that recedes relatively quickly and leaves just a bit of lace.
The aroma is primarily malty but with some floral, slightly piney hops. Caramel malt and a bit of spice. Mellow and rather simple but pleasant throughout.
Lots of substantial hops; herbal and bitter. the caramel malt really dominates this brew thought. Some mild herbal toned citrus shines through in the finish. The flavor fades and the hops don't really linger. Solid, but not my favorite by any means.
Smooth and slick with a semidry finish. Lower carbonation and medium bodied. Somewhat butter and mellow on the palate. A nice selection and certainly interesting but it seems like something is missing.

Appears a copper hue with a light tan cream head leaves fine lacing around the glass. Aroma has some pine hops, touch of citrus, and some light malt sweetness. Flavor is upfront with citrus peel tones a tad grapefruity with semi sweet subtle caramel malts not as balanced as it could be. Mouthfeel is light to medium in body but it presents itself with even carbonation. Drinkability a decent American amber but it didn't sit very well with me not my favorite from their lineup, lacked balance it's good to hop a beer up but this one just didn't have enough malt presence for me and I'm a hop head.

Sampled at the brewpub. Red-amber colour with minimal head and lace. Lovely grapefruit hoppy aroma drew me in. Hophead bitterness, this is some breweries' i.p.a. Significant Carmel, malt for balance. Suitably carbonated. Drying finish. A medium mouthfeel.
