This one pours a nice amber/red with a nice creamy white head. According to the head brewer this is an Imperial Red Ale. It is very interesting and very good.
The aroma is pretty mild but there is a little bit of hop presence.
The flavor is full of maltiness with a good amount of hop flavor for an amber/red. Some alcohol presence in the finish but not overwhelming. Great flavor overall.
The mouthfeel is full bodied with medium carbonation
I think this is a very drinkable beer for how strong it is. Great beer.
