Deep red in color with a nice, big fluffy off white head. Average aroma-some malt and a sharp metallic smell. Slightly astringent flavor. Lacks any decent malt taste. Rather grainy and quite bland apart from the astringent taste. Ok body-about what you would expect. Overall no big deal. Maybe a notch above a Killians. Might be better on tap and if very fresh.

I thought this was pretty good. This actually reminded me a good bit of Portland Brewing Co's McTarnahan Amber. The color was a deep red, almost like a Killian's (I mean that in a good way). Aroma was primarily malty, and flavor was a bit unbalanced (in favor of the malt, versus the hops that were present), but hops were clearly present and counteracting a rather pleasant sweet maltiness. Mouthfeel was unremarkable. All-in-all, I'd recommend giving this beer a try.

Crystal clear copper appearance. Deep copper. Good sized creamy beige head. Carbonation surfaces at a nice clip. Aroma has some nice caramel malt tones and a touch of hoppiness as well. Nice mixture for this beer. The taste carries some of the same caramel and hop attributes, but it's not real strong. Not watery, but just not real bold with the flavors. The mouthfeel is a just a bit prickly and the body is oh about medium or so. Could use a bit more of a "creamy" feel to it. A little less CO2. This is an O.K. beer, but I won't be buying any more bombers of it on the way out for $4.
