Pours into a stemmed 10 oz pilsener glass a ruby red amber with a thin white to off-white head. Aroma of sweet caramel and piney hops. Flavor is initially sweet and mostly caramel. Piney hops and a tinge of citrus follow. Resinous but light bodied. Refreshing, mildly bitter. Good example of an APA.

Not sure of how often this is brewed, but from my taste I'm guessing that it could be a regular. In spite of it's name, the hop is not overwhelming but maybe a little big for a pale ale--thus why I put it in the American Pale Ale style.
On tap, the beer is a very clear and clean hop bite and smell--not overwhelming but you can't possibly miss it either. Tastes like several beers I had in Seattle and Portland. Nice lace down the side of the glass from the light white head as the amber beer with gold highlights empties from my glass. Sorry, didn't get a chance to see how it warmed up--just disappeared quickly and smoothly, was light but not watery in any way. A well done pale ale that is one more piece of evidence that APA might be my favorite daily drinking style.
