Good looking brew. Dark shade of scarlet red/ burgandy. Good clarity. Very thin dusting of light brown topping. Lace is spotty and erratic. Sweet and spicy aroma. Cherries and cookie dough aromas exhude with sprinklings of cinnamon and nutmeg. Inviting to say the least. Nice cookie dough malt base. Warm feeling to it. A sweet cherry nougat center. Just a little bit of warmthThis beer could be classified as a Winter Warmer as well I believe, but Spiced beer works too. Just a little bit of warmth overall, but it's there. Very easy drinking for a spiced beer, but it's really very tasty so drinking it comes easy.

A-Dark brown/Mahogany..small tan head...
S-Big chocolate pudding aroma...bing cherries....a little black licorice,...vanilla beans...and oddly enough a little coconut...also some mild spicing with cinnamon, all-spice, and corriander....a boatload of aroma to this.
T-Again big on the chocolate pudding...but the cherries, vanilla, and coconut add interesting dimension....spicing on the taste is mainly cinnamon...
M-Body is on the high side of medium...big enough to be a christmas style brew but not immensely huge in stature.
D-Love this one...might seem a bit muddied up with all the flavors to some but I love it. It seems to work for me. A fine effort. I've had a lot of Winter/Christmas beers this year and this was one of if not the best.
