Copenhagen 2/7 2019. 50 cl bottle from Ninkasira Bottleshop, Kbh N. Drawing of some Irishmen (I suppose) playing the Harp on the label.
Pours clear, dark brown with a red hue with a small off-white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium-intense, sweet, roasted and bready. Caramel, dark roasted malts, brown sugar. Dark bread. Mild acidic tartness lurking.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor has quite strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with lightly roasted notes. Lingers for a bit.
I am not sure I understand the Irish connection - apart from the guy with the harp. Decent Dunkel without being anything special.

Looks fine...just not as smooth as a usual Irish stout or similar
Taste is quite complex, choclatey, not really my type of beer however I do love Guinness and Murphy's - it needs some nitrogen..!
Like this is ok I guess, a fairly good effort, just not as smooth as Guinness or Murphy's etc
And I just don't really like it all that much...their IPA though is great

Low-fermented.
Munich dunkel lager.
Opaque dark brown (like stout indeed), thin beige head, moderate to low retention.
Smell - caramel, coffee.
Taste - roasted, coffee, caramel, licorice.
Medium body, soft carbonation.
