Pours clear, gold in color with one half inch head. Taste is wheat, lemon and white tea. Light bodied, sweet with moderate carbonation. Makes for a great sessionable lager. Very clean.

Color: light amber, clear. Head modest ecru, very quickly disappears. Malt aroma with a hint of caramel and lightly breadsticks.
Taste: quite gently, malty, with a bit of bread is slightly acidic.
Gentian: Hop, light. Saturation average.
