Bottle 10.11.15. Strong bready aroma, also dark malts, oatmeal, coffee, grain. Black coloured beer, slightly hazy and maroon against the light. Beige three fingered, small bubbled head, slowly reduces to flat with beautiful lacing. Taste is more delicate than aroma, but similar - oatmeal, malt, bread, chocolate, little caramel. It passes smooth into coffee and little sour aftertaste with very short, medium bitterness. Carbonation is rather low, but slightly fizzy. Alcohol is well camouflaged. Fantastic schwarzbier - very tasty and drinkable too.
