The colour is heavily cloudy orange
The foam is beige in colour, medium to finely bubbled, and lingers quite long on the surface of the beer.
Aroma is sweet, honeyed, interspersed with floral notes, lemon zest and a slight smokiness.
The taste is clearly smoky but as the beer disappears in the oesophagus, honey and lemon, again floral and herbal notes appear and, in addition, somewhere in the background, something reminiscent of crushed lemon peel accompanies it all the time.
Gentle bitterness, herbal and tea-like, short.
High saturation, gives the beer a crispness and increases drinkability.
