A: Musty oxidized orange in color. Forms a minimal white head. Some light lacing.
S: A little malt, some citrus hops and bready yeast.
T: Starts off with a pale malt sweetness. Lightly bready. Yeasty, but in a flawed since of the term. Tastes like the bottom 1/2" of my homebrew. Some citrus hops and a mild bitterness.
M: Medium in body with appropriate carbonation. Mild bitterness.
O: I think the less I say about this beer, the better. It simply isn't very good.

22oz brown bomber with no freshness date.
Hazed amber color, pretty active carbonation keeps the head alive. Citric hop nose almost gets interrupted by a yeasty smell, some toasted grain goes bready. Hops are there, ample bitterness and a splash of citric flavor. Graininess is a bit husky and rough but not astringent. Yeast flavor tries hard to take over and nearly does, mildly fruity with a quite noticeable alcohol ester. Finishes dry with a yeast twang and citric hops.
Seems to be an ongoing theme here with this brewery, too much yeast in the bottle and perhaps a house strain that has seen better days. It has potential if the yeast was not such an annoyance.

Interesting find from an Ann Arbor brewery that I had not heard of. Decided to take a chance and give it a try.
Cloudy orange IPA with a good 1" creamy head. Just a few sweet notes in the nose and not much else there.
Taste leans towards the sweet side, but just slightly. Hops are present but faint and accentuated by some pretty high carbonation. Bottle is not dated, but there is no sense of spent hops that I can usually detect, so I'll conclude there wasn't much in there to start.
Overall a decent, basic IPA. Could have a couple of these in a sitting, but not at the price I paid ($7.99 for the bomber).

Purchased this a few weeks ago when I was in Michigan. Pours a deep orange colour with incredibly thick white head. Head just stays there, hardly dissipating at all. Smells of citrus hops with a lot of malt backbone. There is something else in the smell that I can't describe nicely, but I'm not a fan of it. I think it may be metallic? Flavour is nicely bitter. Very smooth mouthfeel. Average IPA overall.

A- A modest pour leads to a very large bone white head. The liquid is a lightly hazed peach-orange with dozens of streams of rising carbonation. Maybe a bit overcarbonated, but it does look pretty good.
S- Citrus rind and maybe a bit of mint. Simple.
T- Citrus with a bit of malt backing and some mint. Very simple and seems like it is lacking something.
M- Very carbonated, which keeps things light. The finish is dry.
D- Drinks alright for the style, but seems a little basic. Kind of reminds me of the IPA I once made with a Mr. Beer kit...

Color: pours golden yellow and sits a hazy, unfiltered burnished orange. good two-finger off-white head that seems to diminish semi quick but a little swirl rejuvenates it
Smell: wonderfully complex spicy and citrusy hop aromas with a solid malt backbone and light fruity esters. alcohol barely peeks through to brighten the aroma a little
Taste: scale tips toward the side of hop flavor but generally well balanced citrusy, slightly spicy hops with a solid malty sweet backbone. bitterness is somewhat low throughout but stands out a little more in a semi-dry finish. doesnt linger long. faint alcohol presence mid-palate through finish
Mouthfeel: smooth, medium body with meduim carbonation
Notes: great balance. a little more bitterness would have been nice and it might help to work on cleaning up the appearance a bit.
